Refund policy

Full no-questions-asked refunds are available within 7 days of your first payment, returned to the original payment channel. This page covers eligibility, what to include in your request, how refunds are paid out, and how special payment methods are handled.

This page is the complete description of VPNQK's refund rules and applies to cross-border network acceleration subscriptions bought on this site. The plan prices, data allowances and refund window shown here match the pricing page and the Terms of Service.

Refund promise Full no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. Requests are submitted through the ticket section of the user panel, and refunds go back to the original payment channel.

Refund window and scope

No-questions-asked refunds apply to your first payment only. The window is 7 calendar days from the successful payment, and the day of payment counts as day one. Requests made within the window are refunded in full for the amount actually paid on the order.

Eligible purchases are first-time subscription orders and data packs. Monthly plans come in three tiers: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB; data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, used until they run out with no expiry. Each order on the same account has its own refund window.

Renewal orders are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund. If a renewal runs into service-side problems such as routes that will not connect or a client that will not sign in, describe the issue in a ticket and it will be reviewed manually.

Eligible and ineligible cases

You can apply in the following cases:

  • the request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the first payment and the order is still active;
  • the account is in good standing and has not been restricted or suspended for breaching the Terms of Service;
  • the order was paid by you and the payment can be traced on the payment provider's side.

The following cases are not accepted:

  • requests made after 7 calendar days;
  • the same account or the same payment account has already received one refund on its first payment;
  • the account was restricted or suspended for reselling subscriptions, sharing access for bulk use by others, or other breaches of the Terms of Service;
  • usage within the 7 days clearly exceeds normal trial use and is confirmed to be abuse such as proxy downloading or bulk scraping;
  • the data pack allowance has been fully consumed.

These decisions rest on the order's actual usage records rather than any single metric; if you disagree, you can ask for a review in the ticket.

How to apply and the details required

Refund requests go through the ticket section of the user panel; there is no need to send a separate email. Include the following details so the request can be checked in one pass:

  • the username used at sign-up;
  • the order number, or the payment provider's transaction ID;
  • the payment method (Alipay / WeChat / USDT) and the time of payment;
  • which orders you want refunded (subscription, data pack, or both).

You do not need to provide your password or subscription link, and please do not paste the subscription URL into the ticket — a subscription link works as account credentials and has to be regenerated once it is shared. Support will check the order and the usage and reply with the outcome in the same ticket.

Refund method and timing

Refunds always go back the way they came — to the original payment channel and the original payment account. They are not sent to another account and are not issued as site credit.

How long it takes depends on the payment provider's own processing cycle. VPNQK starts the refund as soon as the check is complete; the exact credit date is set by the provider. Once the refund is initiated, the ticket will include the refund transaction ID so you can track progress with the payment provider.

Differences by payment method

Alipay: the refund goes back to the Alipay account used for payment and appears in your Alipay billing records.

WeChat: the refund goes back to the WeChat Pay account used for payment and can be seen in your WeChat Pay billing records.

USDT: the refund goes back to the original payment address. In your request, confirm that the receiving address and the transfer network both match the original payment; a wrong address or a cross-network transfer can prevent the funds from arriving. The refund is complete once the on-chain confirmation is done.

If the original payment account has been closed or is no longer usable, say so in the ticket and an alternative refund method will be arranged after review.

Policy updates and related terms

This page expands on the refund clause in the Terms of Service and, together with those terms and the Privacy Policy, forms the complete agreement for the service.

Policy changes are published on this page and the update month shown at the top is revised at the same time; requests submitted before a change are handled under the version in force when they were submitted.

If anything on this page is unclear, or you disagree with the outcome, reply in the ticket and it will be reviewed manually.
