These terms apply to anyone who registers at vpnqk.com and uses a VPNQK subscription. By registering, paying for or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following.
1. Service Content and Scope
VPNQK provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions: international routes forward your network requests to overseas exit points so you can reach international websites, streaming platforms and developer tools. Coverage currently spans 90+ countries and 190+ routes, split into IEPL dedicated lines, relay and direct connections; see the servers page for the full list.
The service is sold as a subscription, with monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets each month on your activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated against the remaining days. Separate data packs are also available: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB — use them at your own pace, they never expire. Clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, and there is no limit on simultaneous devices per account. Payment is accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT; see the pricing page for the details of each plan.
The service provides only the acceleration and forwarding described above. It does not sell local internet access in your country, and it is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services you access.
2. Account and Subscription Rules
Registration needs only a username and password — no email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe; any data usage or loss caused by leaked credentials is yours to bear.
- A subscription link is equivalent to account credentials. Do not forward it, post it publicly or use it for sharing among multiple people.
- Reselling, renting out or redistributing a subscription is prohibited, as is building any third-party proxy or acceleration service on top of this service.
- There is no limit on simultaneous devices, but use is limited to a single user. Long-term sharing of one account among multiple individuals counts as a breach of this clause.
- All devices on one account draw on the same data allowance, which resets each month on your activation date.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and with the terms of service of any website or platform you access. The following uses are prohibited:
- Infringing anyone's intellectual property, or distributing illegal or infringing content;
- Accessing other people's systems without authorization, launching network attacks or port scanning;
- Fraud, money laundering, gambling or other illegal activity;
- Bulk registration, automated scraping or traffic inflation that violates the target platform's terms.
You bear the consequences of any misuse. Where a competent authority makes a lawful request, the service may cooperate as required by law. See the Privacy Policy page for how logs and data are handled.
4. Service Availability and Liability Limits
The service is provided as is. We maintain routes and clients, but we do not promise that any given route will be available at any given moment: international links are shaped by carrier routing, exit-side policies and destination platform restrictions, and scheduled maintenance, congestion and third-party changes can all cause short outages.
The service is not liable for losses caused by any of the following:
- Problems with your local network, device or client configuration;
- Your breach of these terms or of the laws of your jurisdiction;
- Force majeure, including natural disasters, power outages and backbone network failures;
- Policy changes or regional restrictions imposed by third-party services such as streaming or AI platforms.
To the extent permitted by law, the service's liability for the subscription concerned is capped at the amount you actually paid.
5. Account Termination
In the following circumstances the service may suspend or terminate an account, and will decide whether to refund any remaining fees based on the severity of the case:
- Reselling or sharing a subscription, or making a subscription link public;
- Using the service for illegal activity or network attacks;
- Using automated means to bulk-register, farm data packs or abuse refunds;
- Non-payment, or filing unfounded disputes through a payment channel.
You may stop using the service at any time. Any paid but unused subscription period is handled under the rules on the Refund Policy page.
6. Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
These terms may be updated as the service scope, route structure or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page is updated accordingly, and continued use means you accept the new version. Material changes affecting fees or liability are flagged in the user panel.
Refund rules live on a separate page: you can request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy page for how to apply and when the money arrives.
For questions about your account, subscription or tickets, use the ticket entry in the user panel.
